Step 1: Find talent or post a job
Search freelancers and their service packages — or post a job and let freelancers send you proposals.
Step 2: Talk it through
Message the freelancer to agree scope, timeline and budget before anyone commits to anything.
Step 3: Get a custom offer
The freelancer sends a priced offer right in the chat — total price, delivery days and how many revisions are included.
Step 4: Accept & pay into escrow
Accept the offer and pay securely. The money is held in escrow — not paid out yet. Clients pay a 5% processing fee; freelancers keep 100%.
Step 5: Delivery & revisions
Review the delivery, ask for revisions, and approve when it’s right. No response within 7 days of delivery counts as approval.
Step 6: Funds released
48 hours after approval the payment is released to the freelancer’s Stripe account — the full agreed price.
