How much does it cost to hire a freelancer on StayGowe21?

Posting a project on StayGowe21 is free. Freelancer rates vary by category and experience level. Web developers typically charge $25-150/hour, graphic designers $40-120/hour, content writers $30-100/hour, and marketing experts $75-200/hour. The platform takes a 15% fee from freelancers on completed projects.

How are freelancers vetted on StayGowe21?

Freelancers go through credential verification before joining. Verified profiles display a blue checkmark badge. Clients can also see ratings, review counts, portfolio samples, and detailed work history before hiring.

Is my payment protected when I hire a freelancer?

Yes. All payments on StayGowe21 use escrow protection. Your money is held by the platform until you approve the completed work. If there's a dispute, our resolution team will mediate. This protects both clients (no payment without delivery) and freelancers (no delivery without secured payment).

How long does it take to hire a freelancer on StayGowe21?

Most clients receive qualified proposals within 24-48 hours of posting their project. Reviewing proposals and selecting a freelancer typically takes another 1-2 days. You can usually go from posting to actively working with a hired freelancer in 3-5 days.

Delete your StayGowe21 account

StayGowe21 is operated by STAYGOWE21 LLC. You can delete your account and its data at any time, either from inside the app or by emailing us. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed and what we have to keep.

Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.

1.Open the StayGowe21 app (or staygowe21.com) and sign in.
2.Open the menu using the icon at the top left, then choose Settings.
3.Scroll to the red “Danger Zone” section at the bottom.
4.Tap Delete Account, then confirm.
5.Confirm with your password, or with Google if you signed up with Google.

Use this if you can no longer sign in, or if you would rather we did it for you. Email staygowe9@staygowe21.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”.

We verify that the request really comes from the account holder, then delete the account and reply to confirm. We aim to do this within 30 days.

What is deleted

Removed straight away, and it cannot be undone:

Your profile, bio, skills, portfolio and profile photo
Jobs you posted and proposals you sent
Your service listings and any orders on them
Your conversations and the messages in them
Reviews you wrote and reviews written about you
Your bookings
Your sign-in credentials, so the account can no longer be used

What we keep, and why

We cannot delete everything. Here is each exception and how long it lasts.

Payment and payout records: Completed transactions are financial records. We and our payment processor (Stripe) are required to keep them to meet tax, accounting and anti-fraud obligations. They are retained for 7 years, which is the US record-keeping requirement.
Records of a dispute or chargeback that is still open: If money is still in escrow or a dispute is unresolved, the related records are kept until it is settled, then fall under the 7-year rule above.
Community forum posts: Forum threads are conversations other people took part in, so posts are not removed automatically. Ask us and we will delete or anonymise yours — see “Anything else” below.
Backup copies: Deleted data can persist in encrypted backups until they age out on their normal rotation, within 30 days. Backups are never used to restore a deleted account.
Aggregated statistics: Counts such as “how many jobs were posted this month” contain no personal information and are not linked back to you.

Before you delete

Finish or cancel any active orders. Deleting your account does not release money held in escrow.
Withdraw any available balance to your bank first — we cannot pay out to a deleted account.
Download anything you want to keep, such as delivered files or a resume you generated.
If you have a PRO subscription, cancel it so you are not billed again.

Anything else

You can also ask us to delete specific data without closing your account — for example your forum posts. Email staygowe9@staygowe21.com and tell us what you would like removed.
